PREDA Plus – Foundation for Sustainable Economic Development announces JOB ADVERTISEMENT for 1 Project Coordinator for the needs of the project “Creating Employment Opportunities of Young Graduates in the Cross-Border Area“– EMPLOYOUTH, financed by the European Union through Interreg IPA II Cross-border Cooperation Programme with Greece 2014-2020. The job position would be in the offices of PREDA Plus in Bitola.
Needed qualifications:
- High education diploma,
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Previous experience in implementation of projects (preferable)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Support to the Project manager in implementation of all project activities
- Organization and maintenance of all project documentation
- Support in activities for preparation and implementation of the Communication Plan of the project and promotion events/activities
- Support in preparation, implementation and documentation of project events, meetings and other activities
- Monitoring of the work of the experts
- Ensuring finance and administration regulations are in compliance with the prevailing laws and requirements of the donator and support in introduction of the accounting system of the project
- Support in preparation and implementation of tender procedures
- Management and monitoring of the project expenses in accordance to the budget, drafting of project finance plan, drafting finance reports, invoice processing, preparation of requests for payment
- Communication with the controller, Joint Secretariat/Management Authority
