1 Finance Officer
Needed qualifications:
- High education diploma in economy, financial management
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Previous experience in implementation of projects (preferably)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Ensuring financial transactions are properly authorised, recorded, have adequate supporting documents, filled, maintained and are easily extracted for preparation of financial statements and financial audits
- Organization and maintenance of all finance project and organizational documentation
- Ensuring finance and administration regulations are following the prevailing laws and requirements of the donator and support in introduction of the accounting system of the project
- Management and monitoring of the project expenses in accordance to the budget, drafting of project finance plan, drafting finance reports, invoice processing, preparation of requests for payment
- Preparation and submission of Financial Annual Report of the foundation
