Visual Stories of Pelister: An Open-Air Photography Exhibition at Lake Rotino

A large number of photography enthusiasts and photographers climbed several kilometers above Bitola, near the village of Rotino, where in the stunning natural surroundings of  Lake Rotino, the exhibition “Visual Stories of Pelister” was held, organized by the PREDA Plus Foundation from Bitola.

The unique photographs of 10 talented photographers, showcasing their visual stories about Pelister and the mountain, seamlessly blended into the magical landscape.

The photography exhibition titled “Are You Ready for Pelister?” is the result of a photography workshop led by Ljubomir Stefanovski, which took place in October of the previous year in Bitola. The workshop was an incredible experience for all participants, giving them the opportunity to learn the artistic secrets and techniques from a seasoned and talented photographer like Ljubomir.

The photos of young photographer Angela Veljanovska were selected as the best at the exhibition. As a reward, Angela received mentoring photography lessons from Ljubomir Stefanovski.

These events are part of the “Are You Ready for Pelister?” project by the PREDA Plus Foundation and are implemented within the framework of the Regional Program for Local Democracy in the Western Balkans 2 – ReLOaD2, funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The project is co-financed by the Municipality of Bitola.
