A day filled with creative energy, networking and recognition – EU4EG Closing Fair
More than 50 companies, startups, accelerators and partners took part in the final EU4EG fair – a valuable opportunity for networking, collaboration and recognition of the efforts and dedication invested in local development.
When we began shaping the idea of creating a real space for innovation in Prespa almost four years ago, EU4EG became the support that heled us to build an environment where ideas become solutions. Thanks to this partnership, PREDA Plus realized its vision for fostering innovation in Prespa:
🚀 Supporting the startup community
PREDA Plus designed and implemented the Agritech & Tourtech startup program. Through this program, 10 startup ideas in Prespa were developed and mentored, and 4 of them received financial support from EU4EG.
🌐 IoT infrastructure for a new wave of innovation
With the project’s support, we established the PLUS Accelerator and the first IoT Smart Agriculture Lab in Prespa, where startups, students and farmers can learn, experiment and create smart and sustainable solutions.
With the installation of LoRaWAN and Sigfox networks, real conditions were created for developing and testing modern IoT solutions in the region.
Our work does not end here
Through the ADRURAL project, we continue expanding the connections between rural development, innovation and communities across the ADRION region.
PREDA Plus keeps building bridges, opening opportunities and strengthening a regional platform for innovative and sustainable growth.
