New interview series spotlighting women in energy

Lidija-Joleska-Bureska-

We’re launching a new interview series spotlighting women who are breaking barriers and challenging stereotypes — proving that technical sectors are also spaces for female expertise, leadership, and innovation.

With this series, we’re giving voice to women whose stories often go unheard. We’re making them visible, amplifying their experiences, and celebrating their knowledge, resilience, and vision.

This initiative aims to:
✅ Inspire young women to pursue careers in technical and energy fields
✅ Break down stereotypes around “men’s” and “women’s” jobs
✅ Increase the representation of women in a sector where their contribution is essential for a sustainable future

Our first interview features Lidija Joleska Bureska, Chief Boiler Maintenance Engineer at REK Bitola.
