The project “HER FUTURE – Empowering Women Entrepreneurs in Kosovo” is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the position of Senior Project Officer – Network Coordinator.
The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities and strengthening the collaboration within the Women Entrepreneurs of Kosovo Network – NEXA. The position includes stakeholder coordination, support to regional chapters, monitoring and reporting activities, as well as operational and technical support to project staff and network members.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support implementation of project activities
- Serve as focal point for the Women Entrepreneurs of Kosovo Network – NEXA
- Strengthen collaboration among Regional Chapters
- Liaise with stakeholders, beneficiaries, institutions, and partners
- Support monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and visibility activities
- Provide technical and operational support to project staff and network members
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- A university degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project implementation and coordination
- Experience in donor-funded projects and stakeholder coordination
- Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills
- Fluency in Albanian and English
This is a full-time position based in Prizren.
